Workplace Trainer – Deliver On Job Training

Course Overview

This one day course follows on from the Train the Trainer Course. You will learn how to conduct a needs assessment and gap analysis and how to train people in the workplace in a 1-on-1 or small group situation. The training leads to an on job assessment for unit standards 7103 and 7108.

Completion of this course contributes a further 12 credits towards your 40 credits.

Unit Standards Included

7103 Determine the training requirements of individual adults for a specified job
7108 Deliver on-job training for adult trainees

Special Notes

National Certificate in Adult Education Level 4 only: This is an elective course selected by those who are training adults within a workplace situation.

 

Adult Educator – Deliver Effective Presentations

Course Overview

This one day course can follow on from the Train the Trainer Course. You will learn how to conduct deliver effective presentations to groups of adults. The training leads to an on job assessment for unit standard 7096.

Completion of this course contributes a further 8 credits towards your 40 credits.

7096 Deliver learning presentations for adult learners

Special Notes

National Certificate in Adult Education Level 4 only: This is an elective course selected by those who are training adults within a NZQA Provider or large workplace environment with potentially large groups of participants.

 

Refresher Courses & Assessment of Prior Learning

Edbiz can provide three-hour refresher courses for any of our Assessor Training or Train the Trainer short courses. A refresher course can be followed by our Assessment of Prior Learning process where participants produce an on job portfolio which will be assessed against a range of Adult Education unit standards.

Suitable for those who have completed training or have experience but have not achieved the unit standards they require by their NZQA Provider, Workplace or ITO.
